Terms of Sale & Service

These Terms set out the contract between you and Adunil Pty Ltd for supply of goods and services — including printers, scanners, supplies and managed workplace services. They operate subject to and do not exclude statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Prices are in AUD, exclusive of GST unless stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for long-term supply agreements with prior notice. Payment terms are as specified in each quote or invoice.

Goods are dispatched to the address you nominate. Risk passes on delivery; title may remain with Adunil until full payment is received. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Subject to ACL, Adunil's liability for breach or negligence is limited to repair, replacement, resupply or refund. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
